IFN has assembled a highly qualified product development team with expertise in food science, process development, nutrition and the culinary arts.   We have 15 scientific and technical staff based at our Reading site, many of them have earned advanced degrees at the masters and PhD levels and the majority have joined us having worked for blue chip food companies.
