
Since graduating from the University of Leeds with a BSc Food Science degree, Sarah has spent 15 years creating new food products and joined IFN in 2002.
Her early career at Overseal focused on natural ingredient components. She then diversified her product experience at Fisher Foods and Parmalat Dairies working with short shelf life prepared fruit and fermented dairy products. While at IFN, her particular interests are developing functional drinks, smoothies and sports nutrition beverages for clients of all sizes.
Sarah loves to spend time out in the countryside, with her family and when not at work can be found visiting the parks and woodlands near her home.
