Established in late 1999, IFN is located at the University of Reading, Science and Technology Centre, Reading, UK.   Currently, we have 15 scientific and technical staff, and our facilities include laboratories, development kitchens and bench-top process equipment.   We have priority access to the University of Reading food pilot plant, and we are happy to bring in external resources, as required for a particular project, to support the core team.
